Concept Paper: A Deep Dive to Improve Quality in the Private Sector

PSP-One seeks to continue the discussions initiated at the PSP-One Quality Assurance Panel and bring a high level of collaboration, creativity and innovation to the thinking, planning and implementation of a framework and interventions for improving quality in the private sector. To facilitate this endeavor, a guided “Deep Dive” process will be used. We will bring together up to 15 thought leaders and experts with interest and experience in quality assurance drawn from the QA Panelists and participants to explore this challenge, to produce new ideas and approaches, and to find consensus on measuring quality and designing appropriate tools that can be tested in the field.
