Patnership with PSP-One in Capacity building for my organization

Could my organization, a Health Maintenance Organization go into partnership with PSP-One? If it is possible, how would partneship with PSP-One effect capacity development in the area of provider network development and the incorporation of reproductive health services to our health plans? We want to be involved in martenal and child health in the rural communities. How could this work especially child health in the schools with some level of community participation.
