CMS Project

The Commercial Market Strategies (CMS) project was a five-year USAID-funded project (1998–2003). It was the flagship private sector project of the office of Population and Reproductive Health. It was implemented by Deloitte Emerging Markets, Abt Associates, and Population Services International.
