Financing the Private Health Sector
Over the past five years, the Abt Associates-led USAID Banking on Health project, which is implemented by Banyan Global has worked in 12 countries to expand access to financing for private health care businesses, improving their capacity to deliver high-quality reproductive health and family planning services. At the End-of-Project Conference, we will showcase:
- Innovative strategies for working with financial institutions to expand lending to the private health sector
- Development Credit Authority guarantees and other public private partnerships that leverage financing for the private health sector
- Business training and support services that strengthen the capacity of private providers
- Programming that expands reproductive health and family planning in the private sector
The conference will bring together banks, microfinance institutions, and private health care providers from several countries to discuss programming, lessons learned and key results. We look forward to having you at our event!
