RiskNet2: December 18th Presentation at USAID in Washington

On Monday December 18, Abt Associates, O’Hanlon Health Consulting, and Population Services International, USAID's partners on RiskNet2, will present the lessons learned from this project at USAID/Washington.

RiskNet2, USAID's regional approach to HIV prevention in South East Europe, was designed to respond to a growing but concentrated epidemic, in which there is limited funding and low NGO capacity for HIV programming. The project responded by creating a network of local NGOs across the region to work with the populations at greatest risk.

As RiskNet2 winds down, an organizational sustainability component has been added to the project. Significant technical assistance has been given to improve the NGOs' internal systems, management skills and sustainability planning.
