PSP-One has available copies of a CD-ROM from PSP-One’s 2006 Expanding Health Service Access, Quality and Equity in Developing Countries assessment.
This CD-ROM contains PowerPoints and videos of the panelists' presentations.Panel 1 includes discussions from Ms. Francoise Armand, Director of Social Marketing for PSP-One; Dr. Amy Tsui, Director of the Bill and Melinda Gates Institute for Population and Reproductive Health; and Dr. Tania Dmytraczenko, Senior Health Economist with the PSP-One Project. The panel is entitled "Strengths and Limitations of Private Sector Strategies."
Panel 2 includes discussions with Dr. Benjamin Loevinsohn, Lead Public Health Specialist, SASHD, World Bank; Dr. Claus-Peter Janisch, Senior Medical Advisor, KfW; and Mr. Rich Feeley, Boston University Center for International Health and Development. The panel looks at the Public/Private Interface.
Panel 3 is entitled "Perspectives on the Private Sector: A Discussion with Leading Health Organizations" and contains discussions from Mr. Richard Greene, Director of the Office of Health at the Bureau of Global Health, USAID; Dr. Claus-Peter Janish; Dr. Alexandar Preker, Lead Health Economist at the World Bank; Dr. James Shelton, Senior Medical Scientist at the Bureau of Global Health; and Dr. Phyllida Travis, Health Systems Advisor at the World Health Organization.
