Additional information on the different tools and approaches described by panelists to improve care can be found by clicking on live links to organization’s Web sites in the ‘Organizational Profiles’ section. The CD-ROM also contains audio-visuals from the day, including dynamic video presentations that synthesize highlights of the day.
